Sorteador is a free tool that allows users to run giveaways among comments from Instagram posts. The service includes:

• You will not attempt to manipulate giveaway results fraudulently

5. Limitation of liability

Sorteador is not responsible for:

• The results of giveaways run with the tool
• Disputes between organizers and giveaway participants
• Non-compliance with Instagram or other platform policies
• Loss of data, service interruptions, or operating errors
• Direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site
• The accuracy or completeness of comments extracted by the script

The use of the comment extraction script is the sole responsibility of the user. Instagram may modify its platform at any time, which may affect how the script works.

6. Relationship with Instagram

Sorteador is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed, or connected in any way with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. The name "Instagram" and its logos are registered trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Use of the tool to interact with Instagram content is the user's responsibility, and the user must comply with the Instagram Terms of Use.

7. Advertising

The Site displays ads through Google AdSense. These ads are provided by Google and are subject to Google policies. We are not responsible for the content of the ads displayed.

8. Service availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or interruption of the service.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
